健康教育应用于急性结膜炎患者护理中的作用

The Role of Health Education in the Nursing of Patients with Acute Conjunctivitis

目的探讨健康教育应用于急性结膜炎患者护理中的作用。方法在2018年1月至2019年1月这一时间段内,选取80例急性结膜炎患者,将其依据随机数字表法分成两组,对照组40例开展传统护理,观察组40例采取系统化健康教育,对比两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率、护理满意度、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对急性结膜炎患者,通过对其开展系统化健康教育,能提高治疗效果,降低并发症,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the role of health education in the nursing of patients with acute conjunctivitis.Methods Taking our hospital as the unit,between January 2018 and January 2019,80 patients with acute conjunctivitis who were treated in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Forty cases in the control group received traditional nursing,while 40 cases in the observation group received systematic health education,to compare the treatment effects,complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment,nursing satisfaction,and complication rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion A comprehensive health education for patients with acute conjunctivitis can improve the treatment effect,reduce complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
