肾内科护理应用全程优质护理模式的临床干预价值

Clinical Intervention Value of Whole Processes High-quality Nursing Mode in Nephrology Nursing

目的分析将全程优质护理模式应用于肾内科护理的临床作用与价值。方法选入我院于2018年1月至2020年1月进行肾内科疾病治疗的患者100例,以中心原则的方式将其分为对照组和试验组,分别为50例。对照组给予常规护理模式,试验组在其基础上给予全程优质护理模式,对比两组患者在护理前后的负面情绪、护理质量及满意情况。结果护理前两组患者的焦虑及抑郁情况差异不大,P>0.05;护理后,试验组的焦虑与抑郁得分低于对照组,组间差异性显著(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组护理质量、满意度均比对照组低,组间差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论在肾内科护理中应用全程优质护理,能有效改善并消除患者的负面情绪,提高患者的护理质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and value of applying the whole process high quality nursing model in the nursing of the department of nephrology.Methods One hundred patients enrolled in our hospital for treatment of renal diseases from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the central principle,with 50 cases respectively.The control group was given the conventional nursing mode,and the experimental group was given the whole process high-quality nursing mode on the basis of it.The negative emotions and nursing quality of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared to achieve the satisfaction of the patients after nursing.Results There was little difference in anxiety and depression between the two groups of patients before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of care and satisfaction of the expermental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the whole process high-quality of nursing nursing in renal internal medicine can effectively improve and eliminate the negative emotions of patients,improve the care and improve nursing satisfaction.
