互动式护理结合导乐陪伴对水囊引产初产妇产程、分娩方式和满意度的影响

Influence of Interactive Nursing Combined with Doula Escort on Labor Process, Delivery Mode and Satisfaction with Water Sac Induced Labor

目的观察水囊引产初产妇采用互动式护理结合导乐陪伴的干预效果,及对其满意度、分娩方式、产程的影响。方法选取本院2019年8月至2020年7月收治的水囊引产初产妇196例,利用床号奇数偶数的方法分组,其中床号为奇数的98例产妇为对照组,床号为偶数的98例产妇为观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组给予互动式护理结合导乐陪伴,对比两组效果满意度、分娩方式、产程时间。结果观察组患者第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率、阴道助产率均低于对照组,但自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对水囊引产初产妇来说,采取互动式护理结合导乐陪伴可有效缩短其产程时间,减少产程疼痛程度,提高满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of interactive nursing combined with Doula accompanying on the satisfaction,delivery mode and labor process of water capsule induced puerpera.Methods Our hospital between August 2019 and July 2020 admitted during the period of water sac induced labor primipara 196 cases,grouping by odd and even number of beds,including bed number is an odd number of 98 cases as control group,maternal bed number is an even number of 98 cases of maternal as observation group,control group adopted routine nursing care,observation group was given an interactive care combined Doula accompanied,contrast satisfaction,delivery way,labor time,degree of labor pain.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the cesarean section rate and vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For primiparas induced by water sac,adopting interactive nursing combined with Doula companionship can effectively shorten the time of labor,reduce the degree of pain during labor and improve satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
