针对性护理对老年股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术患者围手术期的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Perioperative Period of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture Undergoing Artificial Femoral Head Replacement

目的针对性护理对老年股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术患者围手术期的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市友谊医院骨二科的80例老年股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采取常规治疗;试验组采取针对性护理。记录两组患者的护理后生命质量评分、临床手术成功率、术后并发症发生率及临床满意度。结果护理后试验组患者生命质量评分、临床手术成功率、临床满意度均高于对照组患者,且术后并发症发生率低于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理对老年股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术患者围手术期意义重大。

Objective To study the significance of targeted nursing in perioperative period of senile patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement.Methods Eighty elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent artificial femoral head replacement in the second department of orthopedics,Dalian Friendship Hospital,liaoning province from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group takes regular care.In the experimental group,40 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent artificial femoral head replacement received targeted nursing care.Postoperative quality of life score,clinical success rate,postoperative complication rate,and clinical satisfaction of two groups of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement were recorded.Results The scores of life quality after nursing,the success rate of clinical operation,and the degree of clinical satisfaction of the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated with artificial femoral head replacement in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Targetted nursing is of great significance in perioperative period of senile patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement.
