摘要
目的研讨传染性重症患者临床护理中施行风险管理措施的效果。方法从2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的传染病重症住院患者中选择108例为观察对象,于2018年1月开始实施风险管理护理,2017年1月至2017年12月仅施行常规重症护理(54例),2018年1月至2018年12月在常规重症护理的前提下开展风险管理(54例),在风险管理前后对传染性重症患者的护理质量变化和护理满意率进行评价,同时统计两个时段内护理风险事件出现率、护患纠纷投诉率等情况。结果在开展风险管理后,传染性重症护理人员的风险管理知识、行为、态度和护理质量评分都显著高于开展风险管理前(均P<0.05);风险管理后,传染性重症患者的风险事件出现率由风险管理前的14.81%下降至1.85%,而护患纠纷投诉率由风险管理前的12.96%下降至0,护理满意率由风险管理前的79.63%上升至94.44%,差异具统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在常规重症护理的前提下,将风险管理引入传染性重症患者护理工作中的效果较理想,建议在临床上推广。
Objective To study the effect of risk management measures in clinical nursing of severe infectious patients.Methods One hundred eight inpatients with severe infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as observation objects.Risk management nursing was implemented in January 2018.Routine critical care was given only from January to December 2017(54 cases).Risk management was carried out under the premise of routine critical care from January to December 2018(54 cases).Before and after risk management,the change of nursing quality and satisfaction rate of patients with severe infectious diseases were evaluated.At the same time,the occurrence rate of nursing risk events and complaint rate of nurse-patient disputes in two periods were counted.Results After carrying out risk management,the risk management knowledge,behavior,attitude,and nursing quality scores of nurses with infectious intensive care were significantly higher than before risk management(all P<0.05);after risk management,the risk of infectious patients with severe illness the incident rate decreased from 14.81%before risk management to 1.85%,while the complaint rate of nurse-patient disputes decreased from 12.96%before risk management to 0,and the nursing satisfaction rate rose from 79.63%before risk management to 94.44%.The difference is statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Under the premise of routine intensive care,the effect of introducing risk management into the nursing work of infectious critically ill patients is relatively satisfactory,and it is recommended to promote it in clinical practice.
