腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者实施手术室护理配合效果

Nursing Cooperation in Operating Room for Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的探究腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者实施手术室护理配合效果。方法选取从2016年3月至2019年5月收治于我院的130例子宫肌瘤剔除患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=65)与观察组(n=65),对照组采用传统开腹手术配合手术室护理治疗,而观察组则采用腹腔镜剔除术配合手术室护理治疗,对两组患者疗效以及护理满意程度进行对比。结果通过手术治疗后,发现所有患者均未出现任何并发症,并且患者积极配合手术治疗,病情得以缓解,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者疗效、满意度显著高于对照组,差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜下子宫剔除术配合手术室护理效果更加理想,手术过程中人员之间相互配合,及时观察患者病情变化,专人配合手术和管理,确保手术顺利进行。

Objective To explore the operation room nursing cooperation for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Method From March 2016 to May 2019 treated in our hospital 130 cases of patients with uterine fibroids out as the research object,were randomly divided into control group(n=65)and observation group(n=65),the control group with traditional laparotomy was operating room nursing treatment,while the observation group with laparoscopic surgical out surgery nursing treatment,curative effect and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results After surgical treatment,no complications were found in all patients,and patients actively cooperated with surgical treatment,the condition was relieved,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The efficacy and satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy combined with operating room nursing effect is more ideal.During the operation,staff cooperate with each other,timely observe the patient’s condition changes,special personnel to cooperate with the operation and management,to ensure the smooth operation.
