优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of High-quality Nursing Care in Children with Pneumonia

目的观察小儿肺炎护理采取优质护理的应用效果。方法择选自2018年2月至2019年3月时间本院收治64例肺炎患儿进行研究,依照双盲法原则分为常规组(31例,给予临床常规护理)和干预组(33例,给予优质护理),比较两组护理效果,包括临床指标(体温恢复时间、喘憋改善时间)、并发症及家属满意度。结果干预组体温恢复时间(5.45±1.26)d及喘憋改善时间(3.15±0.91)d较常规组(8.51±0.82)d、(6.77±1.16)d显著改善,P<0.05;干预组并发症6.06%较常规组25.81%下降效果明显;干预组家属满意度96.97%较常规组80.65%提升幅度更为明显,P<0.05。结论小儿肺炎采取优质护理效果较为理想,能够降低并发症,改善临床指标,促进护患关系,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of high-quality nursing care for children with pneumonia.Methods From February 2018 to March 2019,64 children with pneumonia were admitted to the hospital for research.The principle of double-blind method is divided into routine group(31 cases,given clinical routine care)and intervention group(33 cases,given high-quality nursing),the two groups of nursing effects were compared,including clinical indicators(body temperature recovery time,wheezing improvement time),complications and family satisfaction.Results The body temperature recovery time(5.45±1.26)days and the wheezing improvement time(3.15±0.91)days in the intervention group were significantly improved compared with the routine group(8.51±0.82)days and(6.77±1.16)days,P<0.05,the intervention group was complicated compared with the 25.81%in the routine group,the symptom 6.06%had a significant reduction effect,and the 96.97%improvement of family satisfaction in the intervention group was more significant than that in the conventional group 80.65%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion In children with pneumonia care,the effect of high-quality nursing is ideal,reduces complications,improves clinical indicators,and promotes the relationship between nurses and patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
