优质护理在妊高征产妇产后出血护理中的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing Care in Postpartum Hemorrhage of Pregnant Women with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

目的对妊高征产妇实施优质护理的效果展开评价。方法研究时段为2018年10月至2019年6月,选取此时间段内妇产科收治的妊高征产妇70例作为研究对象,依据实施不同的护理方法平均分为两组,其中对照组35例实施常规的妇产科护理,研究组35例则实施优质护理,将血压水平、出血量以及护理满意度作为评价效果的判断标准。结果研究组在产后2、12 h出血量明显低于对照组,P<0.05,组间差异显著;干预前两组血压水平无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后研究组血压水平明显低于对照组,P<0.05,组间差异显著。结论针对妊高征的患者实施优质护理改善产后出血量,提升生产过程中的舒适度,获得较高满意度,临床推广价值较大。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing for pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods The study period was from October 2018 to June 2019.Seventy pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department during this time period were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.Among them,the control group thirty-five cases performed routine obstetrics and gynecology nursing,and 35 cases in the study group performed high-quality nursing.The blood pressure level,bleeding volume,and nursing satisfaction were used as the criteria for evaluating the effect.Results The bleeding volume of the study group at 2 hours and 12 hours after delivery was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference between the groups was significant;the blood pressure level before the intervention was not significantly different(P>0.05);after the intervention,the blood pressure level of the study group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,the difference between groups is significant.Conclusion Implement high-quality nursing for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension to improve postpartum hemorrhage,improve comfort during production,obtain higher satisfaction,and have greater clinical promotion value.
