摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的应用效果。方法从2019年2月至2020年3月阶段在我院治疗的糖尿病患者中选取109例,以上对象随机分组,包括观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=54)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施全程健康教育干预。比较两组患者的疾病知识掌握度、治疗依从性和血糖控制效果。结果干预后,观察组患者的疾病知识掌握度和治疗依从性、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育干预能够有效提高糖尿病患者的疾病认知度和治疗依从性,从而使其血糖控制效果得到更好的改善。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course health education model in diabetes mellitus nursing intervention.Methods A total of 109 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=54).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given whole-course health education intervention on this basis.The mastery of disease knowledge,treatment compliance and blood glucose control effect of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the observation group’s disease knowledge and treatment compliance,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)levels were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole-course health education intervention can effectively improve the disease awareness and treatment compliance of diabetes mellitus patients,so as to better improve their blood glucose control effect.
