高校教师实证研究效能感问卷的编制及信效度检验 被引量:4

摘要 编制用于测评高校教师实证研究效能感的工具并检验其信效度。采用文献查阅、专家访谈等方法编制问卷,对384名高校教师进行问卷调查,通过项目分析筛选问卷题项,探索性因素分析(n=186)和验证性因素分析(n=198)检验问卷,1个月后对50名同质教师进行重测。探索性因素分析经T检验、题总相关、可靠性分析和共同性分析获得19个项目,实证研究感知、实证研究行为、实证研究信念和实证研究支持4个因素。各因素负荷在0.48〜0.83,累积方差贡献率为63.5%。验证性因素分析结果表明4因素的模型拟合度良好,总量表的信度系数为0.88,4个因素的信度系数在0.78〜0.87。总量表重测信度为0.90,4个因素的重测信度在0.77〜0.82。《实证研究效能感问卷》(高校教师版)具有良好的信度、效度,可作为评估高校教师实证研究效能感的工具。 Objective: to develop an empirical research efficacy questionnaire(eres) and test its reliability and validity.Methods: the topics were compiled through literature review and interviews with experts. 384 college teachers were investigated for eres test. The items of the questionnaire were selected by item analysis. The questionnaire was tested by exploratory factor analysis(n = 186) and confirmatory factor analysis(n = 198). 50 homogeneous teachers were retested one month later. Results: exploratory factor analysis obtained 19 items through t-test, total item correlation, reliability analysis and commonality analysis, four factors: Empirical perception, empirical behavior, empirical belief and empirical support. The load of each factor is between 0.48-0.83, and the cumulative variance contribution rate is 63.5%. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit of the four factors was good, the reliability coefficient of the total scale was 0.88, the reliability coefficient of the four factors was 0.78-0.88, the retest reliability of the total scale was 0.90,and the retest reliability of the four factors was 0.77-0.82. Conclusion: the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which can be used to identify teachers’ sense of efficacy.
