摘要
创业型领导作为一个融合概念,囊括了“创业”的“思”和“领导力”的“行”,是兼具双元认知能力与高度自我觉知,秉承可持续发展理念的新型领导方式。本文从创业型领导视角出发,借鉴百森商学院创业教育的实践案例,从价值主张、培养范式与生态体系剖析其实践模式。基于革新创业教育模式的“思”与“行”、强化专兼职融合的师资队伍建设、拓展多元共创的合作机制等方面总结经验,旨在为我国高校创业教育高质量内涵式发展的实践模式提供启发和借鉴.
Entrepreneurial leadership,as an integrated concept,includes the"thought"of"entrepreneurship''and the"action"of"leadership".It is a new leadership style with cognitive ambidexterity and self-awareness,adhering to the commitment to social,environmental,and economic responsibility and sustainability.This paper,from the perspective of entrepreneurial leadership,draws lessons from the practical case of entrepreneurship education of Babson Business School,and analyzes its practice mode from the perspective of value proposition,training paradigm and ecosystem.Based on the innovation of entrepreneurship education mode of"Entrepreneurial Thought and Action"(ET&A),strengthen the integration of part-time and full-time teachers,expand the cooperation mechanism of diversified co-creation and other aspects of the summary of experience,in order to provide inspiration and reference for the practice mode of high quality connotation development of entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities.
