摘要
就当前来讲,法学理论教学已经形成了相对完善的培养体系,而实践教学或重视不足,或效果不好。法学教育应以职业化发展为导向,实践教学与理论教学应当相辅相成,放在同等地位。本文分析了实践教学的必要性,认为其存在课程设置不合理、缺乏足够投入、评价体系不健全、师资力量缺乏和实践教学方法多流于形式的问题,因此应优化实践教学课程体系和训练方法、增加投入、健全考核机制、完善实践教学教师机制、编制及选用合适教材,以高效的法学实践教学培养学生的法律职业素养。
At present,a relatively perfect training system has been formed in the teaching of legal theory,but the practical teaching has not paid enough attention or the effect is not good.Law education should be guided by professional development,and practical teaching and theoretical teaching should complement each other and be placed in the same position.This paper analyzes the necessity of practical teaching,and points out that there are some problems in practice teaching,such as unreasonable curriculum setting,lack of sufficient investment,imperfect evaluation system,lack of teachers and more formality of practical teaching methods.Therefore,we should optimize the practical teaching curriculum system and training methods,increase investment,improve the assessment mechanism,improve the practice teaching teacher mechanism,compile and select appropriate teaching materials,In order to cultivate the students'legal professional quality with the efficient practical teaching of law.
