摘要 服务“一带一路”倡议和中国铁路“走出去”战略,以轨道交通运营管理国际本科生属地化人才培养为核心,结合中南大学交通运输专业国际本科生现状,设计反向“N+2”联合培养、“1+4”独立培养和短期交流等3种具有代表性的国际本科生人才培养模式,按“趋同管理,兼顾差异,规范有序,保证质量”原则,设计适合于不同培养模式的轨道交通国际本科生培养课程体系。最后,给出轨道交通运营管理国际本科生属地化人才培养质量保障对策及建议,确保培养对华友好、熟知中国标准的属地化轨道交通行业精英人才。 Serving the"Belt and Road"initiative and the"going out"strategy of China Railway,taking the international undergraduate talent training of rail transit operation management as the core,combining with the present situation of international undergraduate students majoring in transportation and transportation in Central South University,three representative international undergraduate talent training model,i.e.,the reverse N+2 joint training program,1+4 independent training program and short-term exchange program,are designed.Then,according to the principle of"convergent management,taking differences into account,standardizing order and ensuring quality",design the international undergraduate curriculum systems suitable for different training modes.Finally,this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to guarantee the quality of international undergraduate localized talents training in rail transit operation and management,to ensure the cultivation of localized rail transit industry elite talents who are friendly to China and familiar with Chinese standards.
