新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情早期构建互联网医院对就医者疾病认知及心理应激的影响

Effect of Internet hospital established during early outbreak of corona virus disease 2019 pandemic on understanding of disease and psychological distress in Internet patients

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情早期构建互联网医院对就医者疾病认知及心理应激的影响。方法选取开通我院互联网医院抗击新冠肺炎义诊平台进行呼吸与危重症医学科线上问诊的765例就医者,就其问诊前后对新冠肺炎的认知、心理应激情况、医学需求意向进行线上调查。分析构建互联网医院对就医者疾病认知及心理应激程度的影响。结果(1)线上问诊前有91.37%(699/765)就医者存在心理应激反应,高于线上问诊后的16.99%(130/765)(P<0.05)。(2)线上问诊前后分别有91.37%(699/765)、88.76%(679/765)的就医者对新冠肺炎疫情表示担忧,但线上问诊后就医者的担忧程度低于线上问诊前(P<0.05)。(3)线上问诊后就医者对新冠肺炎的症状、传染途径和预防措施的认知程度高于线上问诊前(P<0.05),且医学需求意向评分低于线上问诊前(P<0.05)。结论在新冠肺炎疫情早期阶段,构建互联网医院医疗平台可及时、快捷地普及疫情防控知识,具有提高就医者疾病认知、减轻其心理应激反应的作用。在突发重大公共卫生事件时期,将互联网医院作为应急体系的重要组成部分,可以更好地满足群众医疗服务需求。

Objective To explore the effect of Internet hospital established during the early outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic on the understanding of disease and psychological distress in Internet patients.Methods A total of 765 patients,who were registered on the fighting-against-COVID-19 free clinics platform of Internet hospital sponsored by our hospital to seek medical consultation regarding respiratory and critical care medicine,were enrolled.And an online survey was conducted on their understanding of COVID-19,condition of psychological distress,and medical demand intention before and after the consultation.The effect of established Internet hospital on the understanding of disease and psychological distress degree of Internet patients was analyzed.Results(1)About 91.37%(699/765)of the patients had psychological stress reaction before online medical consultation,which was higher than 16.99%(130/765)after online medical consultation(P<0.05).(2)About 91.37%(699/765)of the patients before online medical consultation and 88.75%(679/765)after online medical consultation were worried about the spread of COVID-19 pandemic,however,patients presented less fear after online medical consultation than pre-consultation(P<0.05).(3)After online medical consultation,patients had increased understanding of COVID-19 symptoms,transmission routes and preventive measures(P<0.05),together with lower scores for medical demand intention,than pre-consultation(P<0.05).Conclusion During the early outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic,the established medical platform of Internet hospital can popularized the knowledge about COVID-19 prevention and control promptly and rapidly,exhibiting effects on improving Internet patients′understanding of disease and relieving their psychological stress reaction.In the period of major public health emergencies,Internet hospital can act as an important part of the emergency system,which might better meet people′s demand for medical services.
