摘要
本试验用滤纸搭桥法对食品中分离出的沙门菌做进一步的血清型鉴定。结果表明:滤纸条搭桥法与简易平板法相比较,耗时更短,简易平板法普遍要传1~2代后再进行血清分型,而滤纸条搭桥法可直接接种血平板诱导培养后进行血清分型,且对沙门菌的鞭毛抗原诱导效果更佳,血清分型结果更为准确。在实际食品检验工作中可以把滤纸条搭桥法作为国家标准GB 4789.4—2016方法的补充,对简易平板法血清分型结果以予确认。
In this experiment,the filter paper bridging method was used to further identify the serotype of salmonella isolated from food.The experiment results show that the filter paper bridging method took less time compared with the simple flat method.Simple plate method for identifying salmonella serotype generally need continuous passaged after 1~2 generations,while using the filter paper bridging method,the bacteria could be directly for identifying salmonella serotyped after induction and culture of blood plate.Moreover the induction effect of flagellum antigen on salmonella of filter paper bridging method was better and more accurate of the salmonella serotype result.In actual food inspection work,filter paper bridging method can be used as a supplement to the national standard GB 4789.4-2016 method to confirm the results of simple plate method serotying.
