摘要
自班主任制度诞生以来,班主任逐渐演变出越来越多的角色。与其遭受多元性关系、碎片化事项的冲击,班主任不如主动重建身份,走向学校日常生活的"教师领导",在复杂工作场域中建构协同领导力,聚焦权力的共享、专业的增能、关系的构建以及文化的塑造。作为当代"儿童学工作者",班主任在重构自身角色认同的同时,更要承担起领导者勇气,走向教师领导的生命自觉,从"个人努力"转向"组织协作"。班主任个体、群体以及整体生态系统等都有必要迈向行动新范式。
Banzhuren has gradually evolved to take on diverse roles since the birth of the Banzhuren system.Thus,Banzhuren should take the initiative to rebuild their identity towards"teacher leadership"in daily school life,rather than suffering from the impact of dealing with multiple relationships and trivial matters.Efforts are needed to construct collaborative leadership in a complex working environment,with a focus on power sharing,professional empowerment,relationship building,and culture shaping.As a contemporary"researcher and worker for children",Banzhuren may also benefit from the courage of leadership in recognizing their role as a teacher leader to transform from"personal effort"to"organizational collaboration",leading to new practices in the paradigm on the individual,group,and ecosystem levels.
