猪流行性腹泻或丁型冠状病毒对仔猪生长性能和机体组成的影响 被引量:1

Effects of porcine epidemic diarrhea or porcine delta coronavirus on growth performance and tissue composition of piglets

摘要 猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)和猪丁型冠状病毒(PDCov)都属于冠状病毒科,它们会引起仔猪腹泻、脱水的临床症状,在某些情况下还会导致死亡。本研究旨在评估PEDV和PDCov对仔猪感染后42 d的生长性能和组织增生的影响。将断奶后14 d、平均体重为(10.82±0.78)kg的225头仔猪随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复15头,对照组不做任何处理,PEDV和PDCov组分别接种PEDV和PDCov病毒。结果:对照组RT-PCT结果均显示阴性,而接种后3 d PEDV和PDCoV组猪的感染率最高。对照组和PDCov组较PEDV组末重显著提高了18.33%和22.60%(P<0.05)。对照组和PDCov组感染后0~7 d平均日增重较PEDV组分别提高了345.45%和300%(P<0.05),PDCov组0~7 d平均日采食量较PEDV组显著提高了47.92%(P<0.05),8~14 d平均日采食量较对照组和PEDV组分别提高了36.23%和42.42%(P<0.05)。对照组和PDCov组0~7 d饲料报酬较PEDV组显著提高了446.15%和423.08%(P<0.05),而对照组和PEDV组感染后15~21 d饲料报酬分别较PDCov组提高了59.52%和59.52%(P<0.05)。对照组和PDCov组较PEDV组显著提高了期末脂肪、瘦肉、蛋白质、体重、骨矿物质和骨密度(P<0.05),但PEDV组瘦肉:脂肪值较PDCov组显著提高了12.92%(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,只有感染PEDV的猪在42 d出现组织增生和采食量降低情况。 Both porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)and porcine delta coronavirus(PDCov)belong to the coronaviruses family and cause clinical symptoms of diarrhea,dehydration and,in some cases,death in piglets.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of PEDV and PDCov on growth performance and tissue proliferation of piglets on day 42 after infection.225 piglets with an average weight of(10.82±0.78)kg 14 days after weaning were randomly divided into three groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 15 replicates in each group.The control group was not treated,and PEDV and PDCov groups were inoculated with PEDV and PDCov viruses,respectively.Results:the results of RT-PCR in the control group were not negative,while the infection rate was the highest in pig pairs of PEDV and PDCoV groups after inoculation.The final weight of the control group and the PDCov group was significantly increased by 18.33%and 22.60%compared with the PEDV group(P<0.05).The mean daily weight gain on 0~7 days after infection in the control group and the PDCov group was 345.45%and 300%higher than that in the PEDV group(P<0.05),the mean daily feed intake on 0~7 days in the PDCov group was significantly higher than that in the PEDV group(P<0.05),and the mean daily feed intake on 8-14 days was 36.23%and 42.42%higher than that in the control group and the PEDV group(P<0.05).The feed remuneration of the control group and the PDCov group on day 0~7 was significantly increased by 446.15%and 423.08%compared with the PEDV group(P<0.05),while the feed remuneration of the control group and the PEDV group on day 15~21 after infection was increased by 59.52%and 59.52%respectively compared with the PDCov group(P<0.05).Compared with PEDV group,the control group and PDCov group significantly increased the fat,lean meat,protein,body weight,bone mineral and bone density at the end of the period(P<0.05),while the lean meat in PEDV group significantly increased the fat value by 12.92%compared with PDCov group(P<0.05).Conclusion:under the conditions of this study,only pigs infected with PEDV showed tissue composition and decreased feed intake on day 42.
