利用功能小单体合成抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用新型功能小单体研制了抗泥性能良好的聚羧酸高性能减水剂。试验结果表明,该减水剂具有对砂石料泥含量敏感性低,对水泥类型及混凝土掺和料等环境条件适应性良好的优势。可有效解决西北干旱地区因砂石料含泥量高而造成的羧酸类减水剂减水率波动大,坍落度经时损失快的难题。可配制和易性、粘聚性以及流动性良好的混凝土。 A new type of functional small monomer was used to develop a mud-resistant polycarboxylate superplasticizer.The research results show that the product has the advantages of low sensitivity to sand and gravel content and good adaptability to environmental conditions such as cement type and concrete admixture.It can effectively solve the problem that the water-reducing rate of carboxylic acid water-reducing agent fluctuates greatly due to the high mud content of sand and gravel in the arid area of Northwest China,and the slump loss is fast.It can be configured with concrete with good workability,cohesiveness and fluidity.
