寒冷地区超轻泡沫混凝土节能及经济性评价 被引量:4

Energy-saving performance and economic evaluation of ultra-lightweight foam concrete in cold area

摘要 采用EnergyPlus能耗模拟工具,建立寒冷地区办公建筑基准模型,对比分析了XPS板和超轻泡沫混凝土的能耗表现及节能适应性。通过多元非线性回归分析得到理想状态下墙体和屋面保温层的配比关系,计算了2种保温材料的全生命周期成本。研究结果表明,超轻泡沫混凝土保温材料全年均具有良好的保温隔热性能和节能适应性,且冬季节能表现优于XPS板。在全生命周期内使用超轻泡沫混凝土所产生的费用比XPS板低,且随着能耗的降低,使用超轻泡沫混凝土保温系统将会更加经济。 EnergyPlus was used to establish the model of office buildings in cold areas.The energy consumption performance and energy saving adaptability of XPS and ultra-light foamed concrete are compared and analyzed.Then,the ratio relation of wall and roof insulation under ideal condition is obtained through multiple nonlinear regression analysis,and the life cycle cost of the two kinds of insulation materials is calculated.The results show that the ultra-lightweight foam concrete has good thermal insulation performance and energy saving adaptability throughout the year,the energy saving performance of which is better than XPS in winter.The cost of using ultra-lightweight foamed concrete for the full life cycle is lower than that of the XPS insulation board,and as energy consumption decreases,the ultra-lightweight foamed concrete insulation system will be more economical.
