摘要
对免烧粉煤灰陶粒进行超声波处理,并研究其保温隔热性能,通过设置超声波处理前的养护时间、超声波功率以及超声波处理时间作为3个实验控制因素。实验所得结果与28 d自然养护下的陶粒进行性能比较,结果显示,在超声处理前养护6 d超声处理功率为1944 W并处理30 min后,所得的陶粒导热系数为0.175 W/(m·K),其对应的闭口孔隙率为12.77%,此处理方式所得到的陶粒保温性能最佳。
Ultrasonic treatment of sintering-free fly ash ceramsite was conducted to explore its thermal insulation performance.By setting the curing time before ultrasonic treatment,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic treatment time as three experimental control factors.The results of the experiment are compared with the performance of the ceramsite under 28-day natural curing.The results showed that,after curing for 6 days before ultrasonic treatment,the ultrasonic treatment power is 1944 W and after 30 minutes of treatment,the thermal conductivity of the ceramsite obtained is 0.175 W/(m·K),the corresponding closed porosity is 12.77%,and the thermal insulation performance obtained by this treatment method is the best.
