广东省财政支出对农民收入增长影响因素研究

Study on the Impact Factors of Fiscal Expenditure on the Growth of Farmers'Income in Guangdong Province

文章采用灰色关联模型,根据2007-2018年广东省相关数据,就广东省财政支出与农民收入增长之间的关系进行关联度分析。研究表明,财政支农支出的九个项目。对农民收入增长关联系数均在0.7以上,财政支出对于农民收入增长影响显著。其中,教育支出、农林水务支出影响最大,关联系数接近0.9,城乡社区事务支出、科学技术支出关联度相对较小,这与当前农村农业生产的机械化水平较低,农业科技推广有限的实际情况有关。未来财政支出应该加大对农村义务教育、职业教育、农村基础设施建设以及农村医疗、养老和农业科技推广方面的投入。

Based on relevant data from 2007-2018 in Guangdong Province,this article adopts a grey relational analysis model to examine the relationship between fiscal expenditure and farmers’ income growth. The results show that the correlation coefficient between all the nine items of fiscal expenditure on agriculture and the growth of farmers’ income is above 0. 7,which indicates a significant impact fiscal expenditure has on farmers’ income growth. Among them,expenditures on education,agriculture,forestry and water affairs have the most significant impact,with the correlation coefficient close to 0. 9,while the correlation coefficients between urban and rural community affairs science and technology expenditure,and the growth of farmers’ income is relatively small,which are related to the low mechanization level of current rural agricultural production and the limited promotion of agricultural science and technology. In the future,fiscal expenditure on rural compulsory education,vocational education,rural infrastructure construction,rural medical care,pensions,agricultural science and technology promotion should be increased.
