摘要
东胜气田锦58井区纵向发育多套气层,前期采用水平井预制管柱裸眼封隔器压裂工艺建产,导致部分气层未得到动用,且剩余气分布零散。为实现低成本开发剩余气,采用小井眼定向井开发,φ114.30 mm套管固井完井,优化形成小井眼压采一体化工艺技术,即压裂管柱和生产管柱为一体化。通过封隔器及滑套喷砂器优化设计,单趟管柱最高可改造4层。现场应用表明,东胜气田锦58井区采用压采一体化管柱压裂9口井,施工成功率100%,压裂后平均日产气1.98×104 m3,取得了较好的效果。
Multiple gas layers are developed longitudinally in Jin 58 block of Dongsheng gas field.In the early stage,horizontal well staged fracturing with preset string was used for production,resulting in some gas layers not being used and remaining gas distribution scattered.In order to realize low-cost development of residual gas,slim-hole directional well development is adopted,and theφ114.30 mm casing is used for cementing and completion.The integrated technology of slim-hole fracturing-producing is optimized,which integrates fracturing string and production string.Through the optimization design of packer and sliding sleeve sandblasting device,up to 4 layers of single string can be reconstructed.Field application shows 9 wells in Jin 58 well block of Dongsheng gas field are fractured by integrated fracturing-producing string,and the operation success rate is 100%.The average daily gas production after fracturing is 1.98×104 m3,which has achieved good results.
