阳虚动物模型及检测指标的研究进展

Research progress in developing an animal model and detection index for yang deficiency

阳虚证是中医临床常见证侯之一,涉及许多疾病,阳虚体质者也越来越多,大多疾病的晚期均会不同程度地出现阳虚证。目前关于阳虚动物模型主要从模拟中医病因、西医病理、病证结合三方面建立,集中在脾、肾二脏。关于阳虚的本质及物质基础的研究从生理生化和分子生物学两大方面的指标检测展开研究,主要包括内分泌、免疫、血液流变学、能量代谢、自由基、微量元素和整体水平上的基因、蛋白质、代谢组学。通过对以上研究分析探讨,有助于了解阳虚及其相关疾病的发病机制,完善不同脏腑阳虚证的诊断标准,为临床辨证论治的规范统一奠定基础。

Yang deficiency is a common clinical syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine and is involved in many diseases,such as yang deficiency constitution,which is becoming more common.Furthermore,most late-stage disease will involve varying degrees of yang deficiency syndrome.Animal models of yang deficiency are mainly established according to three aspects:simulating the etiology of traditional Chinese medicine;western medicine pathology;and combining disease and syndrome,focusing on the spleen and kidney viscera.Studies of the essence and material basis of yang deficiency are performed according to two aspects:1.physiological,biochemical,and molecular biology,including endocrine,immune,hemorheology,energy metabolism,free radicals,and trace elements;and 2.the level of genes,proteins,and metabolomics.These studies and method help us understand the pathogenesis of yang deficiency and its related diseases,perfect the diagnostic criteria of yang deficiency in different zang-fu viscera,and lay a foundation for the standardization of clinical treatment according to syndrome differentiation.
