摘要
类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,致残率高,其病理机制尚不明确。构建合适的尤其是与人RA发病相似的动物模型在研究RA的发病机制和临床治疗方面具有十分重要的意义。而所构建类风湿性关节炎模型所选择的大小鼠品系和方法很多,各种动物模型都有其各自的侧重点。现针对所报道的RA有关的趋于成熟与稳定的大小鼠动物模型进行综述。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a common autoimmune disease with high disability,and its pathological mechanism is still unclear.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct appropriate animal models,especially those similar to human RA,in the study of the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of RA.There are many strains and method of rats and mice to construct the rheumatoid arthritis model.In this paper,we review the reported mature and stable rat and mouse models related to RA.
