超声BI-RADS分类在不同类型乳腺内结节诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的分析超声BI-RADS分类在不同类型乳腺内结节诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年2月至2019年1月永城市人民医院收治的80例经病理证实的乳腺内结节患者作为研究对象,对所有患者行超声检查,以病理结果为金标准,分析BI-RADS诊断的灵敏度、特异度与准确度。结果80例乳腺结节患者,病理诊断腺体型良性22例、恶性8例,腺纤维Ⅰ型良性7例、恶性9例,腺纤维Ⅱ型良性11例、恶性9例,脂肪型良性6例、恶性8例。BI-RADS诊断乳腺内结节腺体型、腺纤维Ⅰ型、腺纤维Ⅱ型、脂肪型的灵敏度分别为87.50%、77.78%、81.82%、75.00%,特异度分别为90.91%、85.71%、88.89%、83.33%,准确度为90.00%、81.25%、85.00%、78.57%。结论对不同类型乳腺内结节使用超声BI-RADS分类诊断的诊断效能较高,对乳腺不同类型内结节的良恶性鉴别的截断点具有一致性。
