The paper summarized the major works completed by the author and his team recent more than 60 years,which included teaching work,scientific research,book writing etc.Based on long-term work,the scientific methodology system that was of specific features,global morphology and universal application was concluded.The system could be applied to realize correct and efficient doings.Under the guideline of the scientific philosophy ideas,the team established the innovative thinking,initiated the innovative principle and method,and effectively applied the scientific methodology system and rules to various aspects,thus obtained much achievement.
