搅拌磨技术及其选矿应用现状 被引量:13

Stirred mill technology and its application status in mineral processing

摘要 随着矿产资源的大量开采利用,易选的矿产资源储量日益减少,贫细杂难选的矿产资源日趋增多。搅拌磨以细磨高效、节能等优点,成为实现细粒嵌布矿物单体解离的重要保障,搅拌磨的研发与生产使用成为了选矿领域的热点之一。为了助推搅拌磨在选矿生产中的应用,在分析搅拌磨工作原理和磨矿特性的基础上,总结了搅拌磨在金属矿及非金属矿选矿中的应用现状,指出了搅拌磨在细粒嵌布难处理矿石的细磨、超细磨方面具有优势。在今后搅拌磨的研发及设计优化中,大型化、智能化、专用型、提高易损件使用寿命等将是搅拌磨发展的重要方向。 With the large-scale exploitation of mineral resources,the mineral resources easy to process are decreasing gradually,as well as the poor,fine and refractory mineral resources are increasing gradually.The stirred mill has become an important guarantee to liberate the fine-disseminated minerals due to its advantages of high efficiency and energy saving in fine grinding,therefore its development and application has become one of the hot spots in mineral processing field.In order to promote the application of the stirred mill in mineral processing production,after analyzing its working principle and the grinding features,the paper summarized its application status in metallic mineral and non-metallic mineral processing,and pointed out its advantages in fine grinding and ultra-grinding of the refractory fine-disseminated minerals.In future development and optimization design of the stirred mill,large scale,intelligence,special purpose and enhancement of the service life of vulnerable parts will be the important development direction of the stirred mill.
