矿用三牙轮钻头浮动套磨损仿真分析与验证 被引量:2

Simulation analysis and verification on floating sleeve of mine-used three-cone bit

摘要 为延长矿用三牙轮钻头使用寿命,探究其浮动轴承浮动套最易损坏位置和最大变形位置,首先对矿用三牙轮钻头进行力学分析,建立钻头的仿真模型,然后对浮动套受力情况进行仿真。仿真结果表明:浮动套在运转过程中,最易损坏位置为边缘处,最大变形位置为开口处,与实际情况相符。该研究为带浮动轴承的矿用三牙轮钻头的研发和浮动套内外间隙比的优化设计提供了参考。 In order to prolong the service life of the mine-used three-cone bit,the most vulnerable position and the maximum deformation position of the floating sleeve of its floating bearing were explored.First,the mechanical analysis on the mine-used three-cone bit was conducted,and its simulation model was built.After that,the stress staus of the floating sleeve was simulated.The simulation results showed:during the rotation of the floating sleeve,the most vulnerable position of the floating sleeve is the edge,and the maximum deformation position was the openings,which was consistent with the actual situation.The research offered reference for the development of the mine-used three-cone bit with floating bearing and the optimization design of the ratio of inner gap to outer gap of the floating sleeve.
