摘要
为实现巷道临时风门的自动化控制与快速拆装,设计了一套双向无压快速拆装自动风门。通过介绍该风门的系统组成和工作原理,分析影响风门快速拆装的主要因素,发现该风门能够有效防止风流短路,稳定矿井通风系统,具有施工周期短、工艺简单及施工成本低等特点。
In order to realize the automatic control as well as quick assembly and disassembly of the temporary air door in the roadway,a set of two-way non-pressure quick assembling and disassembling automatic air door was designed.The air door was introduced about its system composition and working principle,and the factors affecting the quick assembly and disassembly of the air door were analyzed.The air door was able to effectively prevent the air flow from short circuit and stabilize the ventilation system in mine.It was of short construction period,simple technology and low construction cost etc.
