摘要
通过建立T形矿井巷道模型,使用Fluent软件模拟巷道起火后的烟气流动,研究巷道端口不同给排风组合对火灾烟气中CO、温度及排烟量的影响。结果分析表明:火灾发生时,由于外部风流加剧烟气逆流,短时间内热量集中累积,给风口一侧的巷道烟气体积分数与温度起伏不定或缓慢降低;单巷道供风的控制方法要明显优于双巷道供风。假设垂直巷道存在大量工作人员需要撤离,则采用向横向巷道一侧供风,另一侧与纵向巷道排烟的控制方式。在火源释放热量较大或井下通风条件复杂时,可根据逃生目标通道选择双巷道给风,逃生口排烟。
After the T-shaped mine roadway being modeled,fluent software was applied to simulate the fire smoke flow in the roadway,and the influence of combination of air supply and smoke exhaust at the roadway port on the content and temperature of CO in smoke as well as the smoke exhaust was researched.The results showed:at the time of firing,since the external air flow intensifying the smoke backflow,the heat gathered in very short time,the volume fraction and the temperature of the smoke in the roadway at the side of air supply port fluctuated or decreased slowly;the smoke control mode of supplying air into single roadway was remarkably superior to supplying air into double roadways.If there were lots of workers need to evacuate in the vertical roadway,the smoke control mode of supplying air into one side of the horizontal roadway as well as exhausting smoke from the other side and the vertical roadway should be applied.While the fire releasing great heat or the underground ventilation conditions being complex,the air supply into double roadways and the smoke exhaust from escape should be applied according to target escape roadway.
