家居训练对慢性精神分裂症住院患者的疗效观察

Observation of the Effect of Home Training on Inpatients With Chronic Schizophrenia

目的研究对慢性精神分裂症住院患者开展家居训练的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年3月共120例慢性精神分裂症住院患者,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组60例接受常规药物治疗,并指导进行简单室内工作、娱乐活动,观察组60例另外对患者开展家居训练康复治疗,比较两组康复情况。结果观察组训练8、16、24周后SANS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组训练8、16、24周后PSP评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组训练8、16、24周后IPROS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性精神分裂症住院患者开展家具训练可明显改善症状,增强患者个人与社会表现,获得更好的康复质量。

Objective To study the effect of home training on inpatients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia were selected from January 2019 to March 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the random number method,and 60 patients in the control group were received conventional drug treatment,and guided simple indoor work and entertainment activities.In the observation group,60 patients were also carried out home training rehabilitation treatment on the patients,and compared the rehabilitation conditions of the two groups.Results The observation group had a lower SANS score after 8,16,and 24 weeks of training(P<0.05);the observation group had a higher PSP score after 8,16,and 24 weeks of training than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group After 8,16,and 24 weeks of training,the IPROS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out furniture training on inpatients with chronic schizophrenia can significantly improve symptoms,enhance patients'personal and social performance,and obtain better quality of rehabilitation.
