丙戊酸钠缓释片联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的疗效

Efficacy of Sodium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets Combined With Quetiapine in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder

目的评价丙戊酸钠缓释片联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍的安全性和临床疗效。方法选择我院2018年3月—2020年3月收治的86例双相情感障碍患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同,采取1∶1比例法分为两组。对照组(n=43)双相情感障碍患者采取丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,联合组(n=43)双相情感障碍患者采取丙戊酸钠缓释片+喹硫平治疗。对比两组患者的治疗情况,包括狂躁、抑郁、临床疗效严重程度状况改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的HAMD、BRMS比较,联合组均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均有便秘、头晕嗜睡、心动过速等药物不良反应情况,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),体质量增加不良反应情况比较,联合组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠缓释片联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍安全、有效。

Objective To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets combined with quetiapine in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods 86 patients with bipolar disorder admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into two groups using a 1:1 ratio.The control group(n=43)patients with bipolar disorder were treated with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets,and the combination group(n=43)patients with bipolar disorder were treated with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets and quetiapine.The treatment conditions of the two groups of patients were compared,including manic,depression,improvement in the severity of clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,comparing the HAMD,BRMS scores of the two groups of patients,the combined group was better than the control group(P<0.05);during the treatment,both groups had constipation,dizziness,drowsiness,tachycardia and other adverse drug reactions,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The adverse effects of body weight increase were less in the combined group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium valproate sustained-release tablets combined with quetiapine is safe and effective in the treatment of bipolar disorder.
