摘要
目的探究中药饮片对多重抗生素耐药细菌的抑菌作用。方法使用稀释法对22种常见的中药饮片的水煎液对大肠杆菌的敏感菌种和多重抗生素耐药菌种的抑菌成效进行检测,标本纳入时间为2019年1月—2020年1月。结果大部分中药对于耐药菌及敏感菌的抑菌效果并不存在较大差异,其中,决明子、连翘和甘草的抑菌差别较大,和敏感菌相比,耐药菌对于中药的敏感程度相对较高。结论相比于敏感菌,耐药菌对于中药的敏感程度更高。
Objective To explore the bacteriostatic effect of Chinese herbal medicine on multidrug resistant bacteria.Methods The bacteriostatic effect of 22 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on Escherichia coli and multidrug antibiotic resistant bacteria was detected by dilution method.The sample was included from January 2019 to January 2020.Results There was no significant difference in the bacteriostatic effect of most Chinese medicine on resistant bacteria and sensitive bacteria,among which,cassia seed,Forsythia forsythia and Glycyrrhiza were significantly different,and the sensitivity of resistant bacteria to traditional Chinese medicine was relatively high compared with that of sensitive bacteria.Conclusion Compared with sensitive bacteria,resistant bacteria are more sensitive to traditional Chinese medicine.
