人文关怀与健康教育用于高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床效果 被引量:15

摘要 目的分析人文关怀与健康教育在高血压合并糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月100例我院收治的高血压合并糖尿病患者,随机分组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀与健康教育。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组健康知识得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组血压、血糖水平比较(P>0.05),护理后,两组血压、血糖水平均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高血压合并糖尿病护理中,应用人文关怀与健康教育,可有效提高患者认知,控制患者血压、血糖水平。 Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care and health education in the nursing of hypertension with diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 patients with hypertension and diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care and health education on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The score of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the blood pressure and blood sugar level of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure and blood sugar water of the two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care and health education can effectively improve patients'cognition and control their blood pressure and blood sugar level in the nursing of hypertension combined with diabetes.
