摘要
机器人手主要包含了机械原理、液压气动技术、自动化控制技术、计算机、传感器等多项先进的技术集成于一体的自动化装置。机器人手是提高生产自动化、改善劳动条件、确保生产安全、提高生产效率与质量的有效手段之一。本文主要介绍的是可编程控制器(PLC)的概念与控制模型的设计;同时也阐述了PLC在机器人手中的应用及机器人的原理与设计流程。文中介绍了机器人手的动作构成和工作状态,并给出模式选择方法,文中着重阐述了机器人手的控制系统,从而说明了可编程控制器在机器人中的广泛应用。在当今的时代,机器人已经广泛地应用于机械制造中,可以代替人类高质量地完成大量工作,机器人与其他的智能化设备在空间、海洋等探索中会获得非常广泛的发展前景。
The robot hand mainly includes a number of advanced technologies such as mechanical principle,hydraulic and pneumat⁃ic technology,automation control technology,computer,sensor,etc.,integrated into one automation device.Robot hand is one of the effective means to improve production automation,improve working conditions,ensure production safety,and improve produc⁃tion efficiency and quality.This article mainly introduces the concept of programmable logic controller(PLC)and the design of the control model;it also explains the application of PLC in the hands of a robot and the principle and design process of the robot.The article introduces the action composition and working status of the robot hand,and gives the mode selection method.The article fo⁃cuses on the control system of the robot hand,which explains the wide application of programmable controllers in robots.In today's era,robots have been widely used in machine manufacturing and can replace humans to complete a large amount of work with high quality.Robots and other intelligent equipment will have a very broad development prospect in the exploration of space and ocean.
