摘要 超超临界机组电站锅炉焊接技术管理一直是保障机组安全稳定运行工作的重中之重。通过开展在役机组锅炉范围内管道隐患专项排查工作中,发现了不少部件都在含缺陷运行,其中不乏内部存在危害性缺陷,这将无法保障机组安全稳定运行,甚至会发生安全质量事故。针对这种情况,尽早发现缺陷,分析根本原因,正确提出安全防范措施,对确保机组保质保量的安全运行有着十分重要的意义。 The welding technology management of Supercritical and Ultra-supercritical Power Boiler is always the most important to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.By carrying out special pipeline hidden trouble investigation within the scope of boiler in service units,many parts were found to be operating with defects,some of them have harmful defects,this will not ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,safety and quality accidents may even occur.In this case,find defects early,root cause analysis,put forward safety precautions correctly,it is very important to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
