摘要
高校中层领导干部在管理中具有承上启下的地位和作用,是高校新时代发展战略的具体执行者,其胜任力的高低直接影响高校发展战略的贯彻落实。运用层次分析法对高校中层领导干部胜任力各级指标所占权重进行分析测算,认为优秀的政治素质、全面的领导能力、高度的文化认同、良好的人格特质是提升高校中层领导干部胜任力的要素。
The middle-level leaders in colleges and universities are the concrete executors of the development strategy in the new era.Their competence directly affects the implementation of the development strategy in colleges and universities.After analyzing and calculating the weights of the competency indexes of middle-level leaders from all aspects by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),it is proposed in the paper that excellent political quality,comprehensive leadership ability,a high degree of cultural identity and good personality traits are the elements to enhance the competency of middle-level leaders in colleges and universities.
