长三角一体化背景下皖北地区产城融合发展的域观分析——以蚌埠市为例

Analysis of the Industry-City Integration Development in Northern Anhui under the Background of Yangtze River Delta Integration with the Paradigm of Regional Economy:Taken Bengbu as an example

长三角一体化高质量发展为皖北地区产城融合提出了要求和路径。以蚌埠市为例,从人口、产业结构、工业经济效益和空气质量达标天数等数据,采用定量和定性方法,分析经济理性、制度质态、价值文化对产城融合的动态影响。认为经济理性引发产城融合发展的内生动力不强,制度质态对产城融合发展的承载力不充分,价值文化对区域产城融合发展的引领作用不显著。要以催生内生动力、强化制度质态、塑造区域价值文化为切入点,多措并举推进产城融合发展。

The high-quality development of Yangtze River Delta integration has put forward requirements and paths for the integration of industry and city in Northern Anhui Province.Taken Bengbu for example,based on the data of its population,the three industrial structures,the comprehensive indexes of industrial economic benefits and the days of reaching the secondary standard of air quality,the dynamic influence of economic rationality,system quality and value culture on Bengbu’s industrial and urban integration is analyzed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.It is concluded that the endogenous power of the industry-city integration caused by economic rationality is not strong,the bearing capacity of institutional quality on the integration is insufficient,the leading role of value culture in the integration is not significant.For this reason,with the birth of endogenous power,the strengthening of institutional quality and the shaping of regional value culture as the starting point,many measures should be taken to promote the industry-city integration development in Northern Anhui.
