摘要
新时代的工匠精神蕴含新的内容,工匠精神培育需要多主体间的协同,应从政府保障机制、学校塑造机制、企业支撑机制、社会引导机制、家庭协助机制等方面探索工匠精神培育的路径。
The craftsman spirit in the new era contains new characteristics and contents.The cultivation of craftsmanship requires the coordination of multiple subjects.This article discusses the cultivation of craftsman spirit in depth from the aspects of government guarantee mechanism,school shaping mechanism,enterprise support mechanism,social guidance mechanism and family assistance mechanism.
