摘要 柔性管理作为"以人为本"的人性化管理方式,在人才培养管理过程中发挥着正向激励效应。高校高层次人才不仅是学术科研中的中坚力量,也是授课的教师,其思想道德素养将对学生产生深远影响。做好高层次人才的思想政治工作,增强其组织归属感和价值认同感,能最大限度激发其潜能,做到思想留人。基于管理学视角,在高校高层次人才思想政治工作中引入柔性管理,建立柔性化长效机制,可为高校开展高层次人才培养管理工作提供对策。 As a human-oriented management mode,flexible management plays a positively incentive effect in the process of talent cultivation and management.In recent years,many universities continue to introduce high-level talents and build a team of high-quality talents.The high-level talents in universities are not only the models in academic research,but also the teachers whose ideological and moral quality will have a profound impact on students.Moreover,a sound ideological and political work of high-level talents will enhance their sense of group belonging and value identity and maximize their potential.From the perspective of management,this paper introduces flexible management into the ideological and political work of high-level talents in universities,establishing a long-term flexible mechanism.It will provide a meaningful strategic analysis and countermeasures for universities and colleges to carry out high-level talents training and management.
