高校学生实习期间合法权益保护体系构建——以高职院校表演专业学生为例

Construction of Protection System on Legal Rights and Benefits for College Students During Internship Period--Taking Students Majoring in Performance as an Example

近年来,高等院校学生尤其是表演类专业学生在校外实习期间权益受到侵害的问题比较突出。原因是:在法律层面缺少对实习生权益保护的条文,学生自身维权意识淡漠,导致被动受害;用人单位漠视实习生的合法权益;学校对学生的保护力度有欠缺。应建立起有针对性、适应表演专业学生特点的实习生合法权益保护体系。

It is more and more prominent for students in colleges and universities,especially those majoring in performance,that their o rights and benefits are infringed during off-campus internship.The reasons for it are analyzed in the paper mainly from the following aspects:from the legal aspect,there is a lack of provisions to protect the rights and benefits of interns and students have weak consciousness on their own rights protection to become passive victims;from the employers’aspect,employers ignore the legal rights and benefits of interns;and besides,there is still insufficient protection for students from colleges’aspect.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to establish an effective and suitable protection system on legal rights and benefits of interns,which is adaptable to the features of students majoring in performance.
