左西孟旦在急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical study of Levosimendan in acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure

目的:探究左西孟旦对急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:80例研究对象均为我院2018年10月到2019年12月收治的急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者,40例进行常规治疗的患者为常规组,另40例在常规治疗基础上联合左西孟旦治疗的患者为研究组。对患者治疗效果,治疗前后的心功能指标、炎性因子指标进行比较。结果:与常规组比较,研究组患者治疗总有效率更高;治疗后,研究组患者的LVEF、SV和CI明显高于常规组;治疗后,研究组患者的CRP和IL-6含量明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者采用左西孟旦可以提高患者的治疗效果,提高患者的心功能,降低炎性反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Levosimendan on acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure.Methods:The 80 subjects in this study were all patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019.40 patients who received conventional treatment were in the conventional group,and the other 40 patients were combined on the basis of conventional treatment.Patients treated with Levosimendan was the study group.Compare the patient's treatment effect,heart function index,inflammatory factor index before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher;after treatment,the LVEF,SV and CI of the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group;after treatment,the CRP and IL-6 levels in the study group were significantly higher lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Levosimendan for patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure can improve the treatment effect of the patients,improve the patient's heart function,and reduce the inflammatory response.
