伤口造口治疗师标准预防操作依从性影响因素的相关研究

Correlation study on the influencing factors of standard preventive operation compliance of wound ostomy therapists

目的:探讨伤口造口治疗师标准预防操作依从性影响因素的相关研究。方法:本研究通过应用文献分析、访谈法及德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法对省内部分三甲医院15名伤口造口治疗师进行调查,分析影响伤口造口治疗师标准预防操作依从性因素。结果:标准预防依从性得分为(54.62±10.24)分,得分率为63.59%。对采取行动的困难、标准预防的知识、接受培训、手套等防护用的配备、医院人员配备等5个因素的偏回归系数t检验,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:研究发现影响伤口造口治疗师标准操作依从性的因素为采取行动的困难、标准预防的知识、接受培训、手套等防护用的配备、医院人员配备,根据影响因素制定标准预防操作规范管理措施,对临床护理具有重要的意义。

Objective:To investigate the compliance factors of standard preventive operation of wound ostomy therapists.Methods:This study investigated 15 wound ostomy therapists in a Grade A ClassⅢhospitals in Jiangxi province by using literature analysis,interviews,and Delphi expert consultation methods to analyze the factors that influence the standard preventive compliance of wound ostomy therapists.Results:The standard prevention compliance score was(54.62±10.24),and the score was 63.59%.The t test of the regression coefficient of the five factors which are the difficulty of taking action,the knowledge of standard prevention,the training,protection equipment like gloves,and the hospital staffing all had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study showed that the factors that influence the standard preventive operation of wound ostomy therapists are the five ones mentioned above.Based on influencing factors to develop standard preventive measures will be of great significance for clinical nursing.
