桡动脉纤细患者成功建立动静脉内瘘1例

One case report and literature review of arteriovenous fistula established in patients with stenosis radial artery

动静脉内瘘是血液透析患者的“生命线”,影响动静脉内瘘手术成功的非常重要的血管条件因素之一是桡动脉内径。本文通过报道1例桡动脉纤细患者成功建立动静脉内瘘的案例,从而总结桡动脉纤细患者建立动静脉内瘘的特点、手术方式以及注意事项,进而为临床上部分存在桡动脉狭窄的患者建立桡动脉—头静脉的动静脉内瘘提供方法参考。

Arteriovenous fistula is the"lifeline"of hemodialysis patients.Radial artery diameter is one of the most important factors affecting the success of arteriovenous fistula surgery.In this paper,a successful case of arteriovenous fistulas in slender radial artery was reported.The characteristics,operation methods and precautions of arteriovenous fistulas in slender radial artery were summarized,which provided a reference for the establishment of arteriovenous fistulas in radial artery cephalic vein in some patients with slender radial artery.
