河南县域经济的典型异质性与政策建议

Typical Heterogeneity of County Economy in Henan Province and Policy Suggestions

河南县域经济所容纳的人口总量在省域总体中占有70%以上的主导地位。县域经济总量在省域总体中的地位不匹配;县域经济的人均占有量指标在省域中枢水平中的方位偏低;县域经济存在明显的区域分层性,绝大部分县域的发展层级偏低;县域经济存在明显的空间集聚性,仅有极少部分县域呈现突出的发展成效;县域经济存在明显的发展差异性,首位与末位差距悬殊;县域经济内部的城乡差距突出。需要理性认识县域经济发展差距所蕴含的重大机遇,持续改善县域经济的区位优势,挖掘绿色生态蕴涵的发展潜力,努力实现跨越式发展。

The total population accommodated by Henan’s county economy occupies more than 70%,a dominant position in the whole province.However,the economic aggregate of county region does not match its position withthat of the overall provincial region;the per capita occupancy index of county economy is low compared with that of central area in the province;county economy shows obvious regional stratification,and most of the county areas lie in a low level in their economic development;county economy has obvious feature of spatial agglomeration,and only very few counties have remarkable effect in their development;different county has obvious different economy level,and in economy,the gap between the top and bottom is huge;the gap between urban and rural areas in county economy is also outstanding.We should rationally understand the great opportunity contained in the gap of county economy development,continuously improve the regional advantages of county economy,realize the development potential contained in green ecology,and strive to achieve the leap-forward development.
