程控阀是PSA的重要设备,运行的好坏直接影响PSA的氢气产量和尾气量的平稳。本文主要介绍了气动PSA程控阀的典型故障,并对其故障现象进行了原因分析;通过介绍程控阀的一系列预防性维修和改造,包括逐塔切除维修气缸,阀门结构改造,电磁阀改造等方式,解决了PSA程控阀的典型故障,提升了PSA运行的安全性和可靠性,同时通过气路模块改型等方式,使PSA程控阀的维修成本大大降低,提高PSA运行的经济性。

Program control valve is an important equipment for PSA.The operation of the valve directly affects the PSA hydrogen production and the stability of tail gas.This paper mainly introduces the typical fault of pneumatic PSA control valve and analyzes its fault phenomenon.By introducing a series of preventive maintenance and modification of the control valve,including tower-by-tower removal of the cylinder,valve structure modification,solenoid valve modification and so on,the typical fault of PSA control valve is solved,the safety and reliability of PSA operation are improved,and the maintenance cost of PSA control valve is greatly reduced and the economy of PSA operation is improved by the modification of gas path module.
