EH油水分测量准确性的影响因素探究

Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Water Measurement in EH Oil

EH油是电厂实现主蒸汽阀门的精确控制和汽轮机超速保护的主要介质,EH油的品质直接关系到核电汽轮机组的安全稳定运行。水分是EH油品的关键控制指标之一,2016年6月秦三厂曾出现1#机组EH油测量结果准确性差,从而影响EH油水分合格判断的情况。本文通过对造成检测分析过程中EH油测量结果准确性的影响因素进行分析并进行试验逐一排除,最终找到了导致测量结果不稳定的根本原因在于EH油水分测定过程中本身的水解反应影响。通过调研,在原水分仪上增加了VA-210水分汽化器装置,将样品中的水分汽化进行分析,有效地消除了EH油水分测量结果不稳定的问题,使EH油水分测量的相对标准偏差从改进前6%下降到0.6%,显著提高了EH油水分测量的准确性。

EH oil is the main medium for the power plant to realize the accurate control of the main steam valve and the overspeed protection of the steam turbine.The quality of the EH oil is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the nuclear power turbine unit.Water is one of the key control indexes for EH oil products.In June 2016,the accuracy of the EH oil measurement results of the 1#unit was poor in Qin three factory,which affected the qualification of the water quality of the EH oil.In this paper,the factors affecting the accuracy of EH oil measurement in the process of detection and analysis are analyzed and tested one by one.The ultimate reason for the instability of the measurement results is the influence of the hydrolysis reaction of the EH oil moisture determination process.Through the investigation,the VA-210 water vaporizer device was added to the original water meter to analyze the moisture vaporization of the sample,which effectively eliminated the instability of the EH oil moisture measurement results,and reduced the relative standard deviation of the moisture measurement of the EH oil from 6%to 0.6%,which significantly raised the accuracy of the measurement of the water content of the oil.
