The Origin and Treatment of"Fenxiao Zouxie Method"

"分消走泄法"源于《黄帝内经》,方出仲景,法于北齐,详于清代,而明确提出者乃清代著名温病学家叶天士。"分消走泄法"对应疾病为暑温、湿温、湿病等,而其对应之证,乃湿热证。湿浊之邪所盘踞之处均以脾胃为主,旁及于肝,上及于肺,下及于肾,即盘踞中焦,上蒙下注,涉及肺肾。针对湿热病机,"分消走泄法"用药以"轻灵"取胜。"轻灵"二字,不但指药物气味与质地"轻灵",还指药物剂量"轻灵"。临证应圆机活法,精简扼要,力求"轻灵中求纯正"。

"Fenxiao Zouxie Method"originated from the Huangdi Neijin.The earliest prescription was made by Zhang Zhongjing,the treatment method came from Northern Qi,and it was recorded in detail in the Qing Dynasty.It was clearly proposed by Ye Tianshi,a famous febrile disease expert in Qing Dynasty.The diseases corresponding to"Fenxiao Zouxie Method"are summer-warm disease,damp-warm disease and damp disease,and the corresponding syndrome is damp-heat syndrome.The place where the pathogen of dampness occupies is mainly the spleen and stomach,which is adjacent to the liver,upper to the lung and lower to the kidney.That is,it occupies the middle Jiao,involving the lung and kidney.In view of the damp-heat pathogenesis,the"Fenxiao Zouxie Method"medication is used"lightly".The word"lightness"not only refers to the"lightness"of drug smell and texture,but also refers to the"lightness"of drug dosage.The practice of clinical cardiology is simple and concise,and strives to"seeking purity in lightness."
