基于“木郁达之”探讨疏肝健脾法对乳腺癌骨微环境的影响 被引量:3

摘要 "木郁达之"为五郁治则之一。运用"木郁达之"治则可有效防治五气郁闭、运气失常的外感病和脏腑气机郁闭的内伤杂病。乳腺癌患者骨微环境紊乱的核心病机是肝郁脾虚、营卫失和。营卫失和可减弱营血濡养骨骼和卫气抵御外邪的能力,影响骨诱导分化各种血细胞进入血液的功能,引起乳腺癌细胞因子与骨微环境中细胞的相互作用,从而引发骨转移。木郁则病,木达则和。疏肝健脾、调和营卫有助于重建乳腺癌骨微环境新稳态,从而通过调控乳腺癌患者骨微环境影响乳腺癌骨转移的发生与发展。 "Facilitating Liver Qi stagnation"is one of the principles of the Five Stagnation treatments.The use of the"facilitating Liver Qi stagnation"treatment can effectively prevent the Qi stagnation of the Five Zang,the exogenous diseases caused by Qi disorder and the internal damage and miscellaneous diseases of the Zang Qi stagnation.The core pathogenesis of the bone microenvironment disorder in breast cancer patients is Liver depression,Spleen deficiency and disharmony of nutrient Qi with defensive Qi.Disharmony of nutrient Qi with defensive Qi can weaken the ability of nutrient-blood to nourish bones and defensive Qi to resist exogenous pathogens,affect the function of osteoinduction and differentiation of various blood cells into the blood,and cause the interaction of breast cancer cytokines and cells in the bone microenvironment,which leads to bone metastasis.Liver Qi Stagnation causes diseases,while Liver Qi fluency keeps harmony.Soothing the liver Qi,strengthening the Spleen as well as harmonizing Ying Qi and Wei Qi can help to rebuild the new homeostasis of the bone microenvironment,thereby affecting the occurrence and development of breast cancer bone metastasis by regulating the bone microenvironment of breast cancer patients.
