韩懋“一气流行”说学术思想及临证运用

Han Mao′s Clinical Thought and Application of"Yiqi Liuxing"Theory

韩懋为明代著名医家,撰有《韩氏医通》《杨梅疮论治方》等医学名著。韩氏提出的"一气流行"说植根于中国古代哲学"一元论"思想,是其医学理论根基。"一气流行"说重视气的运行,认为气机不调或气虚是疾病的病因病机;"一气流行"诊脉法从气之动静理解脉象,总结了气、血、痰、火四大病机的脉象特点;韩氏临证则依气、血、痰、火分别施治,气分之病,力推香附;血分之病,力主当归;以姜汁炒香附治痰;以黄连为主治火。

Han Mao,a well-known physician in the Ming Dynasty,wrote famous medical works of Han Shi Yi Tong and Yang Mei Chuang Lun Zhi Fang.Han′s"Yiqi Liuxing"theory is rooted in the"Monism"thought of ancient Chinese philosophy and is the foundation of his medical theory."Yiqi Liuxing"theory emphasizes the circulation of Qi,and it is believed that Qi disorder or deficiency is the cause and pathogenesis of diseases;The"Yiqi Liuxing"theory pulse diagnosis method understands the pulse condition from the movement and static of the Qi,and summarizes the pulse characteristics of the four major pathogenesis in perspective of Qi,Blood,Phlegm and Fire.Han′s clinical treatment is based on Qi,Blood,Phlegm,and Heat and his clinical treatment separately according to the four mainly syndrome:for disease of Qi,Xiangfu(Rhizoma cyperi)is used in treatment;for disease of Blood,Danggui(Angelica sinensis)is used in treatment;Jiangzhi(Ginger juice)fried with Xiangfu is used for Phlegm diseases;Huanglian(Coptis chinensis)is used for treating Heat diseases.
